Enter the state of the uncarved block...........
~~~
What draws me from this state back to the objective world? It is apparently a loss of center that gives birth to things.
I can then though reenter the state.
Who is entering and reentering the state? The state, the objects and the enterer and exiter must all be elements of the true I. The action and the acted are this substrate stillness/flatness that permeates - that flatness is indescribable as description kills it and delimits it to thing.
The true I is the one allowing this dance yet taking no part in it. Can have no name and can not be described.
So I will look a fool to those who ask for reason, and like a dumb person who can see a brick flying towards their head can only point, dance and hope they notice.
~~~
What is the point? The point is that with this at my core I can experience rain, sun, life, death and now as wonder.
Sort of like Never Never Land. (growing up, Peter Pan was my hero!)
ReplyDeleteThat's so weird! That comment was meant for the post "Tao of little i Big I". That's the link I clicked on in my reader, but it brought me here? Must have been the work of the Lost Boys. ; )
ReplyDeleteAh!,
ReplyDeleteYou know my blog is white now? Dark blue text on a white background. I tried to make it readable after you commented on the illegibility of the previous rework.
Although you using google reader adds some nice fun to the blog "Guess which post RT meant to comment on" :-D
I love the white background. But I don't really like the stark red, and the header pic--in fact I love the old one much more. Now this blog feels a bit harsh in appearance--in contrast with the smoothness forms in the previous one *my opinion though :)
ReplyDeleteMaybe so. The original design was very Tao and I liked it a lot too. It was quite understated and clean.
ReplyDeleteIt just changed. Maybe to test peoples attachment?
What I had in mind here (dangerous place for an idea to come from) is to open the blog to a little more than Taoism. A bit more of a stage for illusion shattering.
Knowing the Tao, as I don't, :) It may well change again.
Haha, you got me for good! :D thanks :)
